PLE-110 Ultra low temperature Deep Freezer
Pooja Lab's ultra low temperature deep freezers are purposely designed for an array of applications includes red cell and other requiring close ultra-low temperature control, full access to samples within. Choose from four models in vertical or horizontal sizes, available in non-GMP and GMP version.
Cabinet Construction:
- MOC in non-GMP interior are corrosion resistant SS-304 mirror finish and exterior is MS powder coated and in GMP interior are SS-316 mirror finish and exterior is SS-304 mat finish .
- High density CFC free PUF. 6" (15.24 cm) thick in all sides.
- Hot gas conduit prevents the door from freezing in all models.
- Mounted of heavy-duty castor wheels GMP models with IQ, OQ, PQ and DQ documentation.
Vertical Cabinet Construction:
Door with double magnetic gasket, heavy-duty cam latch for a secure and quick opening Door lock for improved security Perspex inner doors with independent door hinges and magnetic latch Minimum 4” (10.16 cm) high-density insulation for door.
Horizontal Cabinet Construction:
Design for easy access to inventory. Specially designed counterbalanced lid with lock for security. Double magnetic gasket for lid to minimize frost formed on door Sub lids provided for additional protection.
Refrigeration System:
- Exclusive legacy system with air-cooled compressors.
- Cascade system.
- CFC Free refrigerants.
- Higher capacitycompressors for quiet and trouble free operations.
- Specially designed oil separator provided to remove oil from the refrigeration gas for long life of low stage compressor.
- Higher capacity air-cooled condenser with aerodynamically shaped fan blade.
- Cooling coils are dehydrated imported copper tubing soldered to the external side of the working chamber from all sides (both vertical side, top, bottom and backside).
- Special aluminum foil placed over the copper tubing provides instant and consistent cooling throughout the surface area.
- Most reliable digital temperature controller.
- Alarm high / low.
Control System:
limits include audible and visual warning on high and low limit deviation.

Pre-installation requirements:
- Stabilized 230V 50Hz AC single-phase 15 amps power supply with MCB and proper earthing within the radius of one meter from the installation.
- One feet free space around for installation in an air-conditioned or in a cross ventilated, dust free and clean environment. (Room temperature should be below 30°C)
- Zero level flooring and Floor level drainage within the radius of one meter from the installation.
- Continuous DM or Distilled Water Supply line 1/2" BSP with nipple valve connection within the radius of one meter from the installation.
